Fr. Wayne M. McNamara

Fr. Wayne served as associate pastor from 1986-1992, and became the rector of Christ the King Church in 1992. He was ordained in 1998 by the Association of Independent Covenant Churches and was received as a Presbyter in the Reformed Episcopal Church in 2000. He currently serves on the Board of Foreign Missions for the Reformed Episcopal Church, and is the co-founder of Dominion Academy of Dayton where he teaches Bible Survey Classes and is the Headmaster. He has four children and two grandchildren and lives with his wife, Sandy.

Deacon David Abshear

Deacon Abshear was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio and spent four years in the United States Air Force as a Chaplain's Assistant. He returned to his hometown and several years later met his wife of 24 years, Tammy. Ordained in 2009, Deacon Abshear teaches confirmation classes and is the leader of Sunday night discussion groups. David and his wife have four children. Deacon Abshear plans to further his education in his vocation of ministry and is excited to serve the parish of Christ the King Anglican Church in the Dayton area for many years to come.
